Prior to joining CSA, Ms. DuCote held positions at the 1199SEIU Training Fund and AFSCME's education department, helping to build capacity and win victories for union workers in both organizations. Ms. DuCote also worked as an organizer for the New York Union Child Care Coalition, harnessing the collective power of New York unions and child care advocates to win over $75,000 from the New York State legislature to fund the Child Care Facilitated Enrollment Project to provide child care subsidies to help working families afford quality care.​  The Project still exists today and remains funded by New York State.  Ms. DuCote’s current focus is to maintain CSA’s core work and develop new partnerships and programs to improve workers’ lives and transform communities. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Howard University.
